REVOCATION OF CONSENT: Having your data allows us to follow up on your needs and provide you with better service; however, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data. The response and/or documentation will be provided in electronic or physical format. You will receive a response to your request within a maximum period of 20 days, counted from the date the request is received, and if the request is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 15 days from the date of the response.
All requests submitted to ANKI, regardless of the means used by the data subjects, must include the following: Full name; Email address to communicate the response to your request; Attach official documents proving your identity or that of your legal representative [Voter ID with Photograph, Valid Passport, Professional ID, Military Service Card]; Include a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition, or indicate that you wish to exercise your right to object to the processing of your data or revoke your consent.
ANKI will communicate to the data subject, within a maximum period of twenty days from the date the request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition is received, the determination made, so that, if deemed appropriate, it will be effective within fifteen days from the date of the response. In the case of requests for access to personal data, delivery will be subject to the prior accreditation of the requester’s or legal representative’s identity, as applicable. All documentation will be provided in electronic or physical format.
CHANGES: ANKI reserves the right to change, modify, supplement, and/or alter this privacy notice at any time, in which case you will be informed through the website www.anki.mx and physically at our facilities.
